All prices exclude VAT. Unused editing time expires at the end of the month and does not roll over. Business days for response times are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Berlin. Response time means our first reply, not a guaranteed resolution time or 24/7 service. Larger changes and new features: €79/hour excluding VAT, subject to your approval. Domain registration and agreed third-party, SMS or payment fees are charged separately. If you cancel, we agree the handover and arrangements for future hosting or booking operation.
