Visiting the website

When you open this website, the web server processes the connection data required to deliver it, in particular IP address, time, the address requested and browser type. This is necessary to deliver the page and to limit abusive requests. The IP address is not stored together with a project inquiry. To limit abusive form attempts it may be stored separately for up to 24 hours.

We also store, for 90 days, which pages an IP address opened one after another, together with the time and the approximate location. Visits from an IP address that has successfully signed in to the account are not stored. This is visible in the password-protected account and is used to operate the website. No cookie is set for this, and no external analytics or advertising company is involved. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation.

Project inquiries

Through the inquiry form we process the details you send: name, email address, project description, the service you want, budget range and timing. Company, phone number and individual features are optional. We also store an inquiry number and the time it arrived.

The details are sent only when you submit. While you fill in the form, the browser does not store them permanently. We use them to handle your inquiry and to contact you. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation, because the inquiry prepares a possible contract.

The inquiry is stored on the controller’s server. For notification, the details may be forwarded by email through Cloudflare to info@neukontur.de. If no contract follows, we delete the inquiry once it is no longer needed. If it leads to a contract, the statutory retention periods apply.

Internal account

There is a password-protected account for the controller, used to handle inquiries. After sign-in, the browser stores a technically necessary session cookie. It contains no inquiry data and applies only to this account.

For each sign-in we store the username, time, IP address, approximate location and browser type. This is for the security of the account. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation. Entries older than twelve months are deleted.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion and restriction of processing, object to processing, and request that your data be transferred. An email to info@neukontur.de is enough. You can also complain to the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.

The required fields in the form are needed so we can handle the inquiry. Without them we cannot prepare a proposal.
